Returns Policies

From the date of receipt of your order, the customer has a period of 14 days to return his item(s). After this period, the products delivered will not be deemed to be compliant and accepted by the customer. Therefore ASHAKI may reserve the right to refuse the return and refund. For any complaint, the customer is invited to contact ASHAKI by going to the “Contact” page of the site www.ashaki.fr

Any return of goods requires the prior agreement of ASHAKI.

In the absence of a return agreement, the goods will be returned to the customer, at his expense.

The item that the customer wishes to return must be returned in its original packaging, not having been worn or used and must be accompanied by an explanatory letter mentioning the order number, as well as the customer's full contact details for the refund. . The customer must send his article(s) to the following address (the amount of the return postage remains the responsibility of the customer):

Upon receipt, a quality control will be carried out on the goods received. No used item or item that has been damaged by the customer may be subject to any refund. Reimbursement of sums paid is made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the item, excluding shipping costs and any taxes related to this return.

The costs and risks of the return are always borne by the customer.

Regarding home delivery, if the customer has not collected his package within the prescribed time and the package is returned to ASHAKI for any reason whatsoever, ASHAKI reserves the right to refund only the products excluding delivery costs, and will charge the delivery costs if the customer wishes to receive his package.
